Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls or assigned blended channels, understand customer concerns, provide accurate information and suitable resolutions, maintain professional communication, follow process guidelines, document customer interactions and work toward customer-satisfaction, quality and productivity targets.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Graduate freshers are eligible
- Completed graduation is mandatory
- Degree certificate or provisional degree is required
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi
- C1-level English communication is mandatory
- Strong listening and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable working in the assigned shift and location
- Immediate availability is preferred
Salary Details
- Standard fresher salary: Approximately ₹27,000 in hand per month
- Process/profile-based salary: Approximately ₹28,000–₹30,000 in hand per month
The final salary may depend on the assigned process, candidate profile and selection outcome.
