About the Role
Selected candidates will support international customers through voice and assigned blended channels. The role requires professional communication, effective problem-solving and the ability to deliver a positive customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle international customer queries through calls and blended-support channels, understand customer concerns, assist with account or reservation-related questions, provide appropriate resolutions, document interactions, coordinate with relevant teams, follow process guidelines and meet quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targets.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- Graduate freshers can apply, or
- Undergraduates must have at least six months of International Voice experience
Candidates should also have:
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong listening and customer-handling abilities
- Comfort working in rotational shifts
- Willingness to work from the assigned Gurgaon location
- Immediate availability is preferred
Salary Details
Graduate freshers:
- ₹31,000 CTC per month
Undergraduates with 6+ months of International Voice experience:
- ₹36,000 CTC per month
Additional benefit:
- ₹2,000 fixed monthly incentive
Candidates should confirm whether the incentive is included in or additional to the stated monthly CTC.
