Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice and assigned blended-support channels, understand technical or account-related concerns, provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions, document customer interactions, follow escalation procedures, maintain professional communication and work toward customer-satisfaction, quality and productivity targets.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum one year of Customer Support Voice experience
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong listening and customer-handling abilities
- Comfortable handling voice and blended-support interactions
- Willing to work rotational shifts and weekly offs
- Immediate availability to join is mandatory
Salary Details
Candidates with 1+ year of experience:
- Monthly CTC: ₹42,000
- Approximate in-hand salary: ₹32,000
Candidates with 2+ years of experience:
- Monthly CTC: ₹43,000
- Approximate in-hand salary: ₹33,000
Performance-based incentives: Up to ₹10,000
The final compensation may depend on the candidate’s relevant experience, profile and selection outcome.
