Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up activities within the US Healthcare RCM process.
• Follow up on outstanding healthcare claims and pending payments.
• Identify, review and resolve claim denials through appropriate follow-up procedures.
• Support claims management activities to facilitate timely reimbursement.
• Interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) documents.
• Review payment information, claim adjustments and outstanding balances.
• Perform accounts receivable and collections-related activities.
• Coordinate the resolution of claim discrepancies and payment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups and collection activities.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• 1.5–3 years of relevant US Healthcare RCM experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience in AR Follow-up.
• Knowledge of Denial Management and Claims Management is required.
• Candidates should be familiar with EOB and ERA interpretation.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections is required.
• Applicants must be comfortable working in US shifts.
• Candidates should be available to work from the Noida office.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
