Roles & Responsibilities

• Learn the U.S. insurance-claims follow-up process.
• Review and track outstanding healthcare claims.
• Communicate with relevant parties regarding claim status.
• Identify reasons for insurance-claim denials.
• Support denial investigation and resolution.
• Maintain accurate claim-related records.
• Follow established healthcare process guidelines.
• Handle process-related calls confidently.
• Use analytical skills to resolve claim issues.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Graduation from a recognised university is mandatory.
• B.Tech, BE and LLB graduates are not eligible.
• Graduation should have been completed in 2023 or later.
• Freshers can apply.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving abilities.
