Roles & Responsibilities

• Resolve international customer queries through chat support.
• Interact with customers to address and resolve billing-related concerns.
• Identify customer needs and assess their requirements.
• Provide appropriate assistance to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional written communication during customer interactions.
• Support customer-service activities through the assigned international chat process.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months of International BPO Chat Process experience is required.
• Candidates must have completed at least Class 12.
• Graduation is not mandatory.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Candidates must be comfortable working rotational shifts.
• Willingness to work night shifts is mandatory.
• Prior experience handling international customer queries through chat is required.
