About the Role

The selected candidate will verify patients’ insurance coverage, document benefit information and help ensure claims are processed accurately and on time.

The specialist will communicate with patients, healthcare providers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies, complete pending verifications and maintain an efficient claims workflow.

Roles and Responsibilities

Verify patient insurance benefits for accuracy and completeness, communicate coverage information to patients and healthcare providers, process and document insurance verifications, investigate discrepancies, follow up on pending cases, coordinate with internal departments, support timely claim submissions, stay informed about insurance procedures and assist in training junior team members.
