Roles and Responsibilities

Create and maintain technical and functional documents, prepare user guides and process documentation, develop standard operating procedures and manuals, write release notes, collect information from technical and functional teams, review and update existing content, ensure documentation accuracy and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Four to six years of technical-writing or documentation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proofreading and editing abilities
• Good understanding of technical and functional concepts
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• SAP documentation
